Our firm stays on top of constantly changing tax landscape. We seek out high quality tax training and we use professional tax preparation software.
Responsiveness
We will return your phone calls and emails on a timely basis. We usually can turn around a return within 2 weeks of receiving it.

Dave and Ed have years of tax experience and business acumen.

History
Mills Tax was established in 2008 with Dave preparing a few returns for friends and family in his dining room. Over the years the business expanded by slowly added clients until moving into new office at 16 West Main Street in Shiremanstown last year along with acquiring the Harshbarger tax business. The business has grown to 3 staff members.
Staff
Dave
Dave Mills CPA has close to 20 years of experience relative to preparing tax returns and advising clients. Dave also has 30 years of accounting experience in various settings including some years in an audit capacity. Dave lives in Mechanicsburg community where he is an active servant in his church and with groups that support those who are without.
Ed
Ed Dailey, CPA (inactive) is a seasoned professional with over thirty five years of income tax consultation and preparation experience. In addition to his work in the tax arena, Ed has extensive experience gained through a career in both public accounting and corporate settings. He is a graduate of Penn State University with a Bachelors of Business Administration and resides in Shiremanstown PA.
Sue
Sue retired from PHEAA in 2022 after 29 years of service where her roles included customer service, administrative, management, and analytics. She also serves part-time as an Administrative Professional with Lower Allen Township. She enjoys spending time with family, traveling, and watching the birds, squirrels, and rabbits that visit her backyard.
